Regardless if you travel to Kailua on the Pali, Like Like, H3 or Kamehameha Highway from Hawaii Kai or Kaneohe all of these lead to Kailua Road. Follow Kailua Road into Kailua town and turn left at the second traffic light which is Oneawa St. (Landmarks are the Chevron & Shell gas stations located on both left street corners). When on Oneawa St., you will see Zippy’s restaurant on the right hand side and after passing Walgreen’s Pharmacy turn right at the next traffic light which is Uluniu Street. Ali’i Ti Hale is located on the ground floor at 407 Uluniu Street, has black awnings and located about one third down this street in the Kailua Medical Arts building. Oops! If you passed Aulike Street you have gone to far.
Street metered parking is available around the area costing $.25 for every 20 minutes. Street metered parking is free after 6:00 P.M., all day Sundays and State Holidays. The State Of Hawaii website listing State holidays is http://www.Hawaii.gov/hrd/main/ecd and when visiting their website just click on the State Holiday tab.
City & County Parking Lots
A covered parking metered garage is located directly behind our Tea Room and accessible from Aulike Street. It has a mixed maximum metered time of 3 hours on the street level and 5 hours in the basement. Another uncovered parking lot is also accessible from Aulike Street and has a mixed maximum meter time of 3 or 5 hours in different sections. Both of these parking locations have the same metered parking rates as the street metered parking.
